At Heroes's Square. A 2 floor building with basement. Built upon George Dritsas's presidency. On th ground floor there is a multi role hall, where people learn local dances, ballet and military sciences. Also lectures are given by authorized personel on general studies. At 1st floor there is the mayor's office and at the basement there are the community clinic and the office of the local council. .
